Yes. We match payments whether they come from the NDIA for agency-managed participants, from plan managers, or from self-managed participants paying you directly.
One payment covers several invoices. Can you match it?
Yes. We use the remittance that comes with the payment to match each part to the right invoice or claim, and list anything that doesn't add up.
Which software do you use for NDIS providers?
Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks Online. If you're not using one yet, our help covers getting access to the software, connecting supported bank feeds and training you on its everyday bookkeeping tasks.
Do you advise on NDIS pricing?
No. We look after your bookkeeping, not NDIS pricing or rules. The NDIS publishes its pricing arrangements for providers.
What if our books are behind?
We catch them up first, starting with the oldest month, then keep them current each month.
