MYOB Business set-up and training
We set up MYOB Business for you, link your bank and card accounts, bring an untidy company file back into order and keep it current. The plan figures below are MYOB's own, taken from its pricing page on the date shown.
What we do in MYOB
- Create your MYOB Business file and add your users, customers, suppliers and invoice layout.
- Link your bank and card accounts as bank feeds, with rules for the transactions that repeat.
- Match bank feed lines to invoices, bills and spend money entries, then reconcile each account.
- Sort out an AccountRight or MYOB Business file that has slipped, from duplicate entries to items that never cleared.
- Train your staff to raise invoices and enter bills, and to read the profit and loss and balance sheet.
How we start in MYOB
- 01
Check the file and the plan
We look at your MYOB plan, how many bank accounts it needs to link and which reports you rely on.
- 02
Build or tidy the file
We create a new file or correct the one you have, then link the bank feeds and enter opening balances.
- 03
Reconcile to the statements
Each linked account is reconciled back to its bank statement, and anything left over is cleared.
- 04
Train or carry on
We show your team the daily steps in MYOB, then either hand the file back or keep doing the bookkeeping.
