Bookkeeping for NDIS providers
Businesses that deliver NDIS supports are paid in different ways depending on how each participant's funding is managed. We look after day-to-day bookkeeping for NDIS providers across Australia.

Businesses by main state or territory
This dataset does not identify NDIS providers separately. These counts are for the ANZSIC class Other Social Assistance Services, which includes some disability support services and services outside the NDIS. Other NDIS providers, including allied health and assistive technology businesses, are counted in different classes, so these figures are not a count of all NDIS providers.

What we look after
NDIS provider bookkeeping
Each payment matched to the invoices or claims it covers, every month.
Catch-up bookkeeping
Unmatched payments and old statements brought up to date.
Xero bookkeeping
Invoices, claims and bank feeds kept in order in Xero.
What the books involve
- Payments matched to the invoices or claims they cover, whether they come from the NDIA for agency-managed participants, from plan managers or from self-managed participants.
- Remittances checked against what was invoiced or claimed, with a list of anything still waiting to be paid.
- Income split by how each participant's funding is managed, where that helps the business see where its revenue comes from.
- Supplier bills entered and matched to payments, and bank and card accounts reconciled every month.
- Monthly reports from Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks Online. Advice on NDIS pricing or rules is outside general bookkeeping, so it is left to the provider and its advisers.
