The work we do inside your Xero file each month. Help with a new file is limited to getting access, connecting supported bank feeds and training.

Your accountant's year-end work. Your accountant can be invited to the same Xero file to work from it.

How Xero bookkeeping works

We work in your own Xero file, so you can see everything we do.

    Connect

    You invite us to your Xero file as a user. If you're new to Xero, we set it up and connect your bank feeds first.

  2. 02

    Reconcile

    We reconcile the feeds, enter bills, match payments and fix anything recorded against the wrong account.

    Report

    You get your monthly reports from Xero, with a short list of anything we need from you.

Xero bookkeeping questions

How do you get access to my Xero file?
You invite us as a user in Xero. You can change our access, or remove it, whenever you like.
Can you set up Xero for me?
Yes. We set up your Xero file, connect your bank feeds and show you how to use the parts you need, such as sending invoices.
My Xero file is a mess. Can you fix it?
Yes. We reconcile any months that are behind, move transactions recorded against the wrong accounts and clear out duplicates, then keep the file current.
Can I keep using Xero myself?
Yes. It's your Xero file. You can keep sending invoices, checking your bank balance and running reports while we look after the bookkeeping.
Who else can see my Xero file?
Access depends on the user roles and permissions in your Xero organisation. People with permission to manage users can invite others, so review the user list and permissions regularly.
Do you only work in Xero?
No. We also work in MYOB and QuickBooks Online.
