Book Keeping Pros home

Reckon One set-up and training

We start Reckon One books, connect them to your bank, bring a neglected book up to date and keep it reconciled each month. The plan prices and features below are Reckon's own, from its accounting software page on the date shown.

What we do in Reckon One

  • Start a new Reckon One book with your users, customers, suppliers and invoice template.
  • Connect your bank accounts through Open Banking or a direct feed, whichever your bank supports.
  • Match bank transactions to invoices and bills, and reconcile each account to the bank's balance.
  • Catch up a book that has gone quiet: enter the missing months and clear what never matched.
  • Give each person who needs access their own login, and show them how to invoice and record expenses.

How we work in Reckon One

  1. 01

    Pick the plan

We look at what you need from Reckon One, such as budgets, projects or stock, and match it to a plan.

  2. 02

    Set up the book

We create the book, connect the bank feeds and enter your opening balances and contacts.

  3. 03

    Reconcile the first months

The first months are reconciled against your statements, and anything posted to the wrong account is moved.

  4. 04

Train your team or carry on

Your team learns the weekly routine in Reckon One, or we keep the book reconciled for you.
