Syft Analytics set-up and reporting
We connect Syft to your accounting software and build the reports and cash forecasts you look at each month, on books we keep reconciled. Syft's pricing page is built in the browser, so the details below come from its help centre.
What we do in Syft
- Add your accounting file to Syft as an entity and confirm the first refresh matches the ledger.
- Build a monthly reporting pack with the profit and loss, balance sheet and the measures you track.
- Set up the Cash Manager forecast from your open invoices and bills, with any one-off amounts added.
- Combine several entities into one consolidated view where you run more than one business.
- Reconcile the books before each reporting run, so the numbers Syft shows are complete.
How a Syft set-up runs
- 01
Agree the reports
We ask which numbers you check each month and who needs to see them.
- 02
Connect the ledger
We add your accounting file to Syft and compare its figures with the ledger after the first refresh.
- 03
Build reports and forecasts
We lay out the reporting pack and the cash forecast, then walk you through reading them.
- 04
Keep them current
Each month we reconcile the books first, then refresh Syft and send the pack.
