NDIS provider bookkeeping for Brisbane businesses
Payments reach an NDIS provider by different routes, depending on who manages each participant's funding. Every payment is matched to the claim or invoice behind it, whether it comes from the NDIA, a plan manager or a participant paying you directly.

Matching payments, whoever manages the funding
Agency-managed participants
When the NDIA manages a participant's funding, you claim from the NDIA and it pays you, and a single deposit can cover several claims. We use the payment details to work out which claim each part pays.
Plan-managed participants
A plan manager pays your invoices on the participant's behalf. We use the remittance they send to apply each payment to the right invoices, and list any that are paid short or not at all.
Self-managed participants
Participants who manage their own funding pay you directly. We match those deposits to your invoices by reference or amount, and check with you on deposits we can't place.
