Keeping the books current for Karratha businesses

  • Business cards reconciled

Credit and debit card accounts are reconciled to their statements just as the bank is, so card spending is recorded steadily instead of in a rush at year end.

  • Receipts attached as you go

Photograph a receipt when you pay and add it to your software; we attach it to the matching transaction when we reconcile.

  • Bills and invoices kept up with

As the number of jobs rises, bills and invoices are entered and matched against money in and out, so the balances in your file stay accurate.

Questions Karratha business owners ask us

Our staff use company cards. How do you handle those?
Each card account is reconciled to its statement, and we match the receipts your staff send in to the purchases they relate to. Purchases without a receipt are listed so you can follow them up.
Is the growth figure about businesses or people?
People. It's the ABS's measure of how the population of the Significant Urban Area has changed. The business count and charts on this page come from a separate ABS series that counts actively trading businesses.
What reports will I see each month?
Once the month is reconciled, your Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks file can produce a profit and loss report and a balance sheet built on the reconciled figures. You can run them whenever you like.
We fell behind during a busy period. Can you catch up?
Yes. The oldest unreconciled month is done before the rest, then each later month in order, until the file is current.
How do I get a quote?
Through the contact page. List your bank and card accounts and say roughly how many transactions go through each month, and we'll quote before work starts.
