MYOB AccountRight set-up and training
AccountRight is the MYOB plan level that pairs the browser with a Windows desktop app, which some of its features need. We install it, link your banks, bring an overgrown company file back into line and train the people who use it. The plan details below are MYOB's own, from its AccountRight Plus and Premier pages.
What we do in AccountRight
- Install the AccountRight desktop app on your Windows computers and give each person their own login to the company file.
- Set up customers, suppliers, items and invoice templates, along with the jobs you track income and costs against.
- Link each business bank and card account as a bank feed, and write rules for the payments that come round every month.
- Reconcile every account to its statement and clear out the stale unmatched lines an older company file tends to carry.
- Teach your staff to raise invoices, enter supplier bills and read the job and profit and loss reports AccountRight produces.

Check the plan and the computers
We confirm whether Plus or Premier suits you, and that the people who need the desktop app are on Windows.

Install and connect
We install AccountRight, open the company file for each user and link the bank and card feeds.

Clean up the file
We work through unmatched transactions, duplicate cards and old balances until each account agrees with the bank.

Train, then hand back or carry on
Your team learns the AccountRight screens it uses each week, then we keep the file for you or hand it back.
