Simpro accounting link set-up

Simpro Premium sends invoices, supplier invoices, payments and inventory journals to your accounting software through its accounting link. We set that link up with Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks Online, check that each export lands in the right accounts, reconcile the ledger and train your office staff. The details below come from Simpro's help guide, and no prices are shown.

What we do with Simpro

  • Set up the accounting link to Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks Online, after checking your plan is on Simpro's supported list.
  • Check an MYOB AccountRight company file into the MYOB cloud first where it still sits on a local computer or server.
  • Bring customers and suppliers across from the ledger in Simpro's initial import, so both systems start from one contact list.
  • Follow customer invoices, supplier invoices, payments and inventory journals into the ledger and confirm the accounts they hit.
  • Reconcile the bank, debtor and creditor accounts each month, and show your office staff how to clear anything left waiting to export.
