Tradify set-up with your ledger and bank
Tradify connects to Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks Online. Its Xero integration shares invoices, payments, suppliers and customers, with bills on Pro and Plus. We check the records and sync direction supported by your ledger, reconcile what is transferred and train your team. The plan prices and features below are from Tradify's Australian pages.
What we do with Tradify
- Review the customer and supplier lists in Tradify and the ledger before connecting them, and resolve duplicate contacts.
- Connect Tradify to Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks Online and check which records and sync directions that connection supports.
- Check that invoices Tradify marks as sent to Xero appear there with the right customer, account and amount.
- Reconcile the customer payments recorded in Tradify with the deposits in your bank feed.
- Teach office staff which changes transfer through their accounting connection and which must be recorded separately.
