Xero invoice templates and branding
Xero lets you save your logo, branding, payment terms and a standard message in invoice templates and reuse them on each invoice. Xero can also create repeating invoices and invoice a group of customers in one go. We build the templates and check the first invoices before they go out. The details below are from Xero's own page.
What we do with Xero invoice templates
- Build your templates with your logo, branding, payment terms and a standard message, with a separate one where a group of customers needs different terms.
- Set up repeating invoices for customers you bill the same amount each month, and check the first ones Xero creates and sends.
- Invoice a group of customers you charge the same amount in one go, from one set of details.
- Show your team how to choose a template, raise an invoice and update the template when your terms change.
How we set up invoicing in Xero
- 01
Gather your details
We collect your logo, payment terms and invoice wording, and list the customers you bill on a regular cycle.
- 02
Build the templates
We create each template and check how it reads on a sample invoice before any customer sees it.
- 03
Set up repeat billing
We set up repeating invoices and customer groups using the amounts and billing cycles you give us.
- 04
Train your team
We show your team how to pick a template, raise an invoice and update a template when your terms change.
