Hubdoc set-up and document capture
We link Hubdoc to your accounting software, route supplier bills to it by email and get your team photographing receipts, so each transaction has its document beside it. The price and features below are Hubdoc's own.

- Link Hubdoc to Xero or QuickBooks Online and choose where its bills and receipts are posted.
- Have bills forwarded from your inbox to Hubdoc, so each one is captured the day it arrives.
- Show staff how to snap a receipt on their phone and send it in before the paper fades.
- Check the supplier, amount and due date Hubdoc reads from each bill before it becomes a transaction.
- Reconcile the bank once the bills and receipts are in, with the source document on each line.
