Zoho Books set-up and bank feeds
Zoho Books charges per organisation, with a set number of users on each plan, and only its paid plans fetch bank feeds automatically. We set up the organisation, connect the feeds, reconcile the accounts and teach your team the daily routine. The plan details below are Zoho's own, from its Australian pricing page.
What we do in Zoho Books
- Create the organisation, invite your users and build the invoice template your customers receive.
- Connect bank and credit card feeds through Zoho's feed provider, or set up statement imports on the free plan.
- Write bank rules for the deposits and payments that recur, then reconcile each account to its statement.
- Tidy a file that has drifted: duplicate contacts, uncategorised payments and lines left unreconciled.
- On Standard and higher plans, lock transactions in reconciled periods so finished months are not changed by accident.
